I recommend changing the workouts you perform because over time you will get used to doing the same workouts. If you find yourself doing squats week after week with the same amount of weight then eventually you will plateau and hit a brick wall. You will more than likely waste large amounts of time and focus doing the same exercises only to see little result.

The next thing we will want to work on is being creative with your arms and chest. These workouts will help you to workout out and define a bigger portion of your body. If you do not do compound workouts then you could find yourself with an embarrassing look that you do not want. I had a personal encounter with this. I used to do the same activities over and over without any variation and with incorrect posture. In time my chest got bigger, but I ended up walking unusual and having a strange gait.
