Benefits of kettlebell workouts in strength training

Kettle bells are unique because you are able to get a total body workout that melts more fat than any other form of exercise using only one piece of equipment; flexibility, strength, agility, balance, endurance, core and cardio fitness levels are all achieved during kettlebell workouts.

All you need is one KB of right weight and you can do all the exercises like strength training, cardio, core stabilization. This is why anyone can start these workouts very easily.
