This will bring about a change on how the teams relate with the facilitator, thus having an impact on the results attained.

As stated, the purpose is to create change on how individuals function. Therefore, trainers get time to identify ways in which persons have changed after going through the discussions and learning process. The persons who have previously engaged in such programs give support to new persons engaging in the activity, as they provide information of how the sessions have been of great importance to them.

Professionals have the role of identifying best techniques to use in order to make the process successful. They deal with the changes being experienced in working environments and come up with new ways which brings about higher productivity.
